ISSE opened its 11th chapter at Bhubaneswar on 12th March, 2018. The chapter was inaugurated by Dr BN Suresh, ISRO Distinguished Professor, former Director, VSSC & IIST and Chancellor, IIST. Shri P Kunhikrishnan, Director, SDSC SHAR, ISRO Sriharikotagave a Keynote address on Launch complex Systems. The function was hosted by Central Tool Room & Training Centre, Bhubaneswar chapter. Dr BN Suresh, in his inaugural address, urged the chapter to take up case studies for skill development as a system engineering programme.
